“My Father died in February 2019 leaving behind a large barn, corn crib and workshop filled with beautiful aged oak, barn lumber and handmade items. In addition, we were left with many old doors with original hardware. Rob has been able to create a wonderful dining table with benches, coffee bar, hall tree bench, shoe castle and a newly added Christmas tree — all from items salvaged from my Dad’s collection. Every item he built for me honors my Parents and items they had. Rob was able to clean up and re-assemble a beautiful old pie safe that was in pieces in the attic of the workshop. It now holds a vast library of cookbooks that have been passed down from my Mother. He’s been able to take my ideas and run with them. We are beyond pleased at the quality and workmanship on all these one of a kind creations he has built for my family. I still have a to-do list for Rustic River Salvage to complete and look forward to seeing what else they can create for me.
